Terms of Use Agreement for AiClone.me Welcome to Aiclone.me! This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of the Aiclone.me website and its AI Personal Assistant services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you”) and Aiclone.me (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. 2. Services Description Aiclone.me provides AI-powered personal assistant services that offer various functionalities such as scheduling, reminders, information retrieval, and other virtual assistance tasks. 3. User Requirements 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. 3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using our Services. 4. User Conduct 4.1 You agree not to misuse our Services or help others do so. 4.2 You will not attempt to harm our Services, including but not limited to hacking, transmitting harmful code, or overloading our systems. 4.3 You will not use our Services to infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 All content on Aiclone.me, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. 5.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement. 6. Limitation of Liability AI Assistant Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Assistant Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your account. 10. Arbitration Clause 10.1 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Jefferson County, Alabama, before one arbitrator. 10.2 The arbitration shall be administered by American Arbitration Association, pursuant to its rules and procedures. 10.3 Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 10.4 This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. 11. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement. 12. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 14.
